that Paul Hegwood asked the bargaining committee to waive job security for the
laid off workers, so that he could bring them back to cut overtime and then lay
them off again, with no credited service or job security
Reported that Paul Hegwood also wanted a deal to take
the janitors out of plant 10 and the bargaining committee said no.
Reported that we are still waiting on the results from
the EPBC on the retirement window.

that ARA gave their 60 days letter and they will be leaving
Reported that Jim Clark, a former plumber and CAC, who retired recently has
come right back and been hired as salaried personnel.

that the Local 755/American Cancer Society Fish Fry, to benefit breast cancer
research, will be held on Friday, March 31st.
