Rent the Union Hall
The Local 755 hall is available Mondays, Thursdays, Fridays, Saturday and Sundays for weddings, meetings, charity events, fundraising events and retirement and birthday parties. The hall is approximately 120' by 60' and our fire capacity is 460 people. We have tables for over 450 people and chairs for 400. There is a full kitchen facility available and plenty of parking.

During the week, rental times are from 5 p.m. to 1 a.m.

On Fridays and Saturdays, the rental times are from 9 a.m. to 1 a.m.

The rental price is $650.00, both for weekday and weekend rentals.

There is a $200.00 deposit required to secure your date.

There is a $200.00 key deposit, which is fully refundable.

Included in the rental is exclusive use of the hall, kitchen, restrooms, existing tables and chairs, refrigerator, cooler, ice machine and non-exclusive use of the parking area in front of and behind the building.

The public address system is included only with prior approval.

Catering/linens/set-ups/alcohol are not provided and are the sole responsibility of the renter.

The renter is responsible for cleaning off tables (throwing all perishables in the trash) and taking down decorations.

AAll other cleaning is provided by the hall.
