The regular membership meeting was held on

reading of the December membership minutes, subject to question.

REPORT OF THE EXECUTIVE SECRETARY, DAVID HILL:
Reported that I would be contacting IUE Legal on
waiving the attendance requirements and that I would report back next month to
the Executive Board and membership, after I hear from Peter Mitchell.
Reported on recall of laid
off employees. Some of them were getting job security on this recall and picking up
additional corporate paid benefits if they are laid off again.

REPORT OF THE PRESIDENT, KEITH HAMMOND:
Reported that the IUE-CWA
political planning classes will be held on Febuary 5th,
2004 from

vehicle certificate for retirees has been resolved.
The Robert L. Livingston scholarship must be filed

is giving our members a 14% discount for February.
