REGULAR MEMBERSHIP MEETING
The
regular 1st shift membership meeting was held on

call was taken with Mike Allen, Todd Baker, John Ballard Jr., Joe Farmer, Jerry
Fyffe, Tony Hamblin, Tracy Kelly, Denny Mesarvy and
Brad Rice absent. Sue Bostwick, Scott Bowling, Dan Palmer all working. Brian Woolum on vacation.
Motion made and seconded to approve the reading of
the October membership meeting minutes, subject to question.
Motion carried unanimously.
Motion made and seconded to approve the November
Executive Board minutes as read, subject to question.
Motion carried unanimously.
Recommended spending up to $2000 out of the general
fund for the Children’s Christmas party as needed.
Recommended canceling the Deember
membership meeting due to the holidays unless a special meeting becomes necessary
because of the

REPORT OF THE EXECUTIVE SECRETARY, DAVID HILL:

that Cheryl Rice will be in the benefit office and Brian Woolum
will be working out of the hall during this retirement series.
Explained to the membership that even though there is
no money involved, the EBPC has to approve anything other than a normal
retirement.
